Arda Şener, who manages enquiries under the HelloWorldAI name, is the controller for this contact process. Send privacy questions and requests to architec1@wwwhelloworldai.com. The brand name does not imply an unverified registered company name or corporate status.

Contact and the local project brief

The contact link opens your email application; sending the message is your choice. Information entered into the project-brief builder is prepared in your browser until you choose to share it. The builder does not send a project request, phone number, date, quotation or consent record to the website server. A prepared brief is not a submitted enquiry.

Your name, reply address, project summary and other information you send by email are used to assess your request, clarify scope and respond. Initial contact does not require card details, identity documents, customer lists or production passwords.

Purposes and legal grounds

Email and quotation data directly related to entering into or performing a contract are considered under KVKK Article 5/2(c). Abuse prevention and security controls are considered under Article 5/2(f), with due regard to fundamental rights. Records needed for legal obligations or the protection of a right are considered under Article 5/2(ç) or 5/2(e), as applicable.

Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing or a substitute for explicit consent. Where another purpose requires explicit consent, it is presented separately with a meaningful choice. The local brief builder does not create a consent or contract record.

Hosting, email and overseas processing

The website is served using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical access and security records. Email content reaches the authorised operator through the email services used. The project-brief builder does not automatically send its content to iyziTrace, advertising services or AI models.

Infrastructure and email services may process data outside Türkiye; Türkiye-only storage is not promised. Actual recipients, the conditions required by KVKK Article 9 and contractual safeguards are part of the professional review. This notice does not itself establish those safeguards.

AI conversations with Ada — when enabled

Ada is a digital AI character, not a human or healthcare professional. Written messages are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. When you enable the microphone, speech segments may be sent to OpenAI for transcription; sensitive information in the audio can only be checked after that transfer.

Warnings and scans cannot guarantee detection of all personal information. Do not share unnecessary personal details, another person’s private data, passwords or keys. You can disable the microphone or end the conversation. The application does not keep audio as a permanent media file. Short conversation history used for continuity is subject to session-close or expiry cleanup; this does not establish simultaneous deletion from provider records or backups.

Retention, historical records and your rights

The operator regularly reviews whether new email enquiries still need to be retained. Content no longer needed and without a legal retention basis is assessed for removal from the mailbox, downloaded attachments and working copies. This is not a promise of automated deletion or immediate deletion from every provider backup.

Records collected by the previous request system retain the notice version presented at the time, kvkk-2026-09-12-v1. The 180-day review date for historical enquiries that did not become paid work is not an automatic deletion deadline. The new public website does not use the previous booking/request-submission workflow.

Under KVKK, you may request information about processing, purpose and recipients; correction; deletion or destruction where applicable; notification to recipients; review of an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis; and compensation for unlawful processing. Requests are assessed within 30 days at the latest. You do not need to attach an identity document to your initial email; necessary identity checks are handled separately.

This notice is maintained alongside the actual workflows. Confirmation by Selma Müşavirlik and, where needed, legal counsel is pending. It is not a certificate of full compliance or a final legal opinion.
