Service scope
HelloWorldAI treats AI Hospital, iyziTrace and enterprise/local AI engagements as separately scoped services or products. AI Hospital concerns software and systems, not medical care. Submitting a form does not make a purchase, confirm a booking or create a contract.
Written scope for every project
Before work begins, the parties, source version, systems, permissions, deliverables, schedule, price/taxes and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. Customer data or production access is not accepted while authority and processing conditions remain unresolved.
Review and change authority
Customers must have the necessary rights to the content they provide. Read-only review, code execution and production changes require different permissions. Out-of-scope systems are not accessed; production changes require separate authorisation.
Deliverables and limitations
Findings include evidence, impact, recommendations and review boundaries. Untested areas are identified. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect; no promise is made to find every defect or achieve a particular business outcome. These explanations do not limit mandatory legal rights.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Customers retain their pre-existing code and data. HelloWorldAI’s pre-existing methods, private Skills, evaluation sets and agent protocols remain internal assets. Rights to project-specific deliverables are set out in the statement of work. Confidential project material is not used for publicity or training material without separate written permission.
Fees and final terms
Website checkout is not yet active. Fees arise only under an accepted quotation and contract. Additional scope requires new approval. Business and consumer transactions are assessed separately. Final terms are settled in the relevant agreement following confirmation by Selma Müşavirlik and, where needed, legal counsel.
