Consumer transactions
For service contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract date without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Notice may be provided in writing or on a durable medium. For a valid withdrawal, service payments are refunded within 14 days of sending the notice, using an appropriate form of the original payment method and without an additional charge.
Early start and exceptions
Starting a service before the withdrawal period ends requires valid, separate consent with the consequences explained. Any exception depends on the nature of the service; a general terms checkbox does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
Business projects
Cancellation, completed work and recurring-service terms for B2B projects are set out in the signed quotation or statement of work. These terms do not automatically apply to consumers. Mandatory rights concerning incomplete or defective services remain unaffected.
Submitting a request
Send your name or business name, order/statement-of-work reference and request to architec1@wwwhelloworldai.com. A reason is not required for withdrawal. Do not send card information or unnecessary identity documents. A refund is not marked complete until the provider’s result is verified.
Review status
Website checkout is not active. The final sales workflow, deadlines and exceptions will be reflected in the relevant agreement after confirmation by Selma Müşavirlik and, where needed, legal counsel.
