Before a sale
This page describes the service/sales workflow being prepared. The current site does not take automatic payments or create a purchase contract. Sales will not open until the contracting provider’s business details and transaction-specific fields are complete.
Information before payment
The service scope, verified provider identity/contact details, delivery method and schedule, tax-inclusive total, additional charges if any, payment terms and cancellation/withdrawal information are disclosed in advance. Customers must be able to retain a durable copy of the version they accept.
Consumer and B2B transactions
The purpose and legal nature of the transaction determine the applicable route; a business email or B2B selection alone is not decisive. Consumer pre-contract information and business statements of work are prepared separately. Any subscription must state its period, capacity, renewal and cancellation terms.
Authority, delivery and acceptance
Customers provide authority to share project material and data. Review scope, technical requirements, deliverables and acceptance scenarios are agreed in writing. Production deployment requires separate authorisation. Missing information is resolved before work begins.
Professional confirmation
This is not a final distance-sales contract. Party identity, financial clauses, consumer notices and dispute-resolution information will be completed with Selma Müşavirlik and, where needed, legal counsel. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
